Dr. Nickolaychuk's Staff
We are very proud to have a wonderful long-term staff who are committed to providing you with outstanding professional care.  Our goal is to provide our patients with a healthy and beautiful smile.  We do so in a caring and personalized way.  We believe that excellence in orthodontic care involves informed patients experiencing state-of-the-art treatment in a warm and friendly environment. 
 

Treatment Coordinator's

Your first visit to our office will be to meet with one of our two treatment coordinator's and Dr. Nickolaychuk. 

     

Yvonne and Jaclyn are our two treatment coordinator's.  They will provide you with valuable information about orthodontic treatment and will answer all of your questions.  Their job is to inform you and to make you comfortable regarding all aspects of orthodontics!

Yvonne is also one of our office manager's.  She does a great job of making sure the office is running smoothly and that we are all working together as a team. Her strong leadership skills and understanding make her the perfect role model. She is someone that both staff and patients can come to with questions or for help.
 

Clinical Manager and Office Manager

  Kyra is our clinical manager and one of our office manager's.  She makes sure the treatment area is running smoothly and that we are all working together as a team. As Dr. Nickolaychuk's senior assistant, she is someone that both patients and staff can come to with questions or for help.
 

Clinical Staff

            
Our clinical staff, Nicole, Jacquie, Jenna, Brooke, and Lauren, are dedicated to making sure that each one of your visits is a positive one. Their goal is to help you achieve the smile that you desire. They make each appointment fun and they try to ensure each patient leaves with a smile on his/her face.

 

Lab/Sterilization/Records Tech

Teresa      Erin
Teresa, Erica, and Erin, take all our diagnostic records and run our in-office lab.  They are also in charge of making sure our sterilization is up-to-date and monitored by weekly tests.
 

Appointment Managers

   

Our appointment managers, Shannon and Tanis, are the first people you talk to when you call our office. Their goal is to work with your schedule and to ensure that you receive orthodontic care with as little impact to your daily routine as possible.  They are very friendly and efficient.
 

Financial Coordinator

  Kristyn is our financial coordinator.  She will discuss payment options and work with you to make orthodontic treatment affordable.  Kristyn is available to discuss these options in person or on the phone.
